PRIVACY POLICY IFM. RECRUITMENT

All appli­ca­tions – unso­licited as well as invited – must be sent via the website’s info mail info@bjerg.nu:

On receipt of the appli­ca­tion and attach­ments, the submit­ted mate­r­ial is read by the rele­vant key person(s) with the aim of being able to answer and assess the content in rela­tion to a defined job.

The appli­ca­tion and attach­ments are only shared inter­nally with rele­vant people in the recruit­ment process and are not passed on to others outside the company.

The appli­ca­tion and attach­ments are saved until the right candi­date is found and the recruit­ment process is completed. The appli­ca­tion and attach­ments will then be deleted. If the appli­cant wants us to save the appli­ca­tion and attach­ments, consent will be obtained.

In the case of unso­licited appli­ca­tions, the appli­ca­tion and attach­ments are stored for a maxi­mum of 3 months, after which they are deleted. If we find an appli­ca­tion rele­vant to save, should a new job oppor­tu­nity appear, consent is obtained from the appli­cant for this, in accor­dance with the rules of the law. Other unso­licited appli­ca­tions will be rejected and deleted the follow­ing month at the latest.

SECU­RITY

We have taken appro­pri­ate tech­ni­cal and orga­ni­za­tional measures against your infor­ma­tion being acci­den­tally or ille­gally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowl­edge of unau­tho­rized persons, misused or other­wise processed in viola­tion of the law.
