The villa from 2021 has been designed in a way that is both energy efficient and meets the client’s dreams of a minimalist and Japanese look. The black elbowed shape gives an artistic style.
The villa is also characterised by its large windows, which let in a lot of light and make the rooms inside merge with the terrace and garden.
The building is made of CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and the facade is built using the Japanese “Shou Sagi Ban” burning technique. It not only gives a beautiful texture but also makes the facade more resistant.
